it depends how much you want to put in - i spoke to my friend about it - i'm thinking as well! - we decided that the best thing is 2 x 10" than 1 x 12" - a bit more expensive, but better bass! - two of these STW-10 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882682030 and u will be more than ok! 
- i heard how is when is only one! it is good! but two make it more better! - and not expensive as well!
and if you are thinking about speakers as well - not expensive, but good ones for good price - look at DLS speakers!

any news on this?
i'm interested in how you plan the wiring,
got a ballistic which i plan to hide under the boot floor, fits a treat but struggling to think of a way to run the wires from the stereos pre-outs
