Spark plug torque wrench settings?

1st time using my Halfords torque wrench :scare:lol
Got some NGK laser iriduims ifr7g-11ks and if im right it says for 14mm diameter thread plug i need to use 18-21 ib ft, just wanted to confirm this is ok??

From the ep3 workshop manual

Apply a small quantity of anti-seize compound to the plug threads, and screw the plugs into the cylinder head finger-tight. Then torque them to 18 Nm (1.8 kgf/m, 13 lbf/ft).
