speedo, VTEC, fuel and EPs faulty

Please help! I was driving my car the other day and my speedo was going made flickering about the place then stopped compleatly, I then noticed at slower speeds my EPs stopped working put my foot down it tartted working when putting my foot down I also noticed my VTEC was not kicking in.also the fuel gauge was fluctuating a bit. Any idea ***. 05 plate

Speedo fluctuating is usually the VSS, the speed sensor in the gearbox.

VTEC won't come in because the ECU thinks the car's not moving.
