spoon n1 bung noise level

Bung has arrived.

It does make a really big difference but I prefer the sound of the exhaust without it. :twisted:

It will come into its own when I'm on long motorway journeys though as it does cut down on the drone.

Sounds really raspy in Vtec which is surprising. It doesn't seem strained etc as some may have suggested so would be quite happy to Vtec with it in!

Probably a bit busy this weekend but will get a vid up of it as soon as I can.
 
Good thread, I've just got my N1 silencer matched to the Spoon Bpipe and BuddyClub header. It's fine on driving but on cold idle it's a joke, the shock wave set off a car alarm in my street this morning. Felt a right ejit especially as the usual crunch was heard whilst trying to stick it in second on a DC5 whilst cold! Should my bung tomorrow so all good.

I googled 'Is a spoon N1 bung worth it?' and this came up, trusty TRO.
