http://www.funkypower.co.uk/catalog...=LOWERING+SPRING+KITS&level3=&id_product=5762

if i was to buy these my standard shocks should be ok yeah? the cars pushing 80k miles. will i need to buy anything else off this site? camber bolts or control arms. strut braces etc http://www.funkypower.co.uk/catalog...IVIC+TYPE+R&level1=SUSPENSION+&+STABILITY&man= dont really know much about this stuff to be honest.

Thanks for any help

Personally i wouldnt get either, I would say the tenzo springs are way too low, i use the ABP/Eibach kit which is a 30mm drop and they look and feel fine but i still scape over a lot of bumps with those. You would need from front and rear camber correction kits so you can have a FRSU done at the same time as fitting the springs. I bought the eibach front kit and buddy club rear camber kit and the car handles great! :)
