steering clunking

ever since got my springs fitted few months back Ive been having a couple of clunks when going from full lock to full lock.

replaced my track rod ends, and one of them had a lot of play in it, thought we'd fixed the issue.... but I still get 2-4 clunks whenever I get close to the opposite full lock

so just wondering what would be the next thing to look at replacing? or any advice on how to diagnose the noise?
