Stock suspension camber

Messages

I have had my 2003 ep3 type in in the garage today as i thought my passenger side camber was off. As it happens it had 2 degrees of positive camber. Being stock they did shat they could and have got it down to just under 1 degree positive camber. I still think looking at it that its miles off and am wondering if my subframe has been previously walloped. Can someone give an opinion please?

Thanks
Graeme

Where did you take it to be adjusted. And do you have camber adjustment bolts fitted?

Edit : just read again, with it being stock I don't see how they could have improved it with adjustment.

That looks wrong, I'd have the suspension and subframe checked out.

Certainly sounds like something's not right. Would ideally need to go to Honda to be checked or a reputable Honda Specialist.

Could i fit adjustable camber top mounts with standard shocks? I know its curing the head ache by cutting off the head......

No, I would have the subframe and suspension components checked as I'd be surprised if something isn't bent. If that was the case camber bolts may make it look okay but it's potentially dangerous if something important is damaged.

Yea, that's not right. Looks like possible accident damage to me, get a full geo report done.

You can't get adjustable top mounts AFAIK but you can get adjustable camber bolts. They're cheap as chips.
