Hi, looking to lower my ctr by about 30mm on standard shocks. I hear people say need to sort a few bits to stop you going through tyres!
How much roughly would it cost to get my ctr dropped 30mm?
Im from Bournemouth if anyone knows any one decent and local?

Give TGM or TDI South a call.

If you are looking to lower and get a FRSU you will need springs, rear camber arms, camber bolts and someone to carry out the FRSU.

Eibach are the ones to go for.

As above with springs, rear arms and camber bolts with a geomatery set up should set you back around £500 all in, that's roughly what I was quoted but I'm in south Wales so wouldn't know what the above garages would charge.

They've been pretty good when I've used them, friendly and let you know what's happening. They take time to explain things to you their prices are reasonable too.
