It's made for the Civic Si 2.4 so it won't be a straight fit. Look at the angle the throttle body for a start.

Could probably use the standard intake pipe to get it to fit though?

i bought the AEM intake that was made for the Civic Si and it was a right pain in the ass to get on at the throttle body! For the kind of money youd spend on that you could get an HKS RSK.....in fact there is one on ebay right now!
