It's also okay to keep the battery disconnected over night? Sorry just that never really worked on a jap car used to finding faults on a VW. Thanks

Does anyone know what that sensor is called above please?

Also since removing the TB it seems that my cable is slightly slacked? How can I tighten it up?

To adjust the cable, tighten the bit that secures the cable to the TB

As for the sensor. It's not a sensor. It's a valve. See here....

I don't infact think it needs tightening.

Basiclly what im occuring now since I cleaned the ICV is a splatter from the exhaust. It sounds simular to when you don't have enough fuel. I hope this slightly explains it. Very slight hiss from the induction too.!
