The standard EP3 Gearknob!

This could likely be today's most stupid forum post, but.............

Is there a trick to getting the standard EP3 gearknob off the car?


I know its a simple screw thread and should come straight off, but i cannot budge it one bit, even done my best homer simpson impression, wearing a yellow kitchen glove to try and grip it but I cannot get any movement on it!

Got a Skunk 2 Racing one ready and waiting *lol*

There is a nut below the knob that requires releasing first.

^^^^^^^^^^same as above undo the nut under the gear nob and should come off with ease ; )

Cheers gents, your quite right and it's now sorted........ as soon as the nut was loosened off, off came the gearknob! :wink:
