Throttle position Sensor

Hi guys

My CTR revs seem to be fluctuating. Just Rang up Honda dealers to find how much for a throttle position sensor and the parts guy said it is called a purge control valve £77.08 excluding VAT.

Is this the same as TPS?

Dont quote me...but if this is whats known as an idle control valve, then if you search the forum, you will find a how-to guide on cleaning it. Saves you £77 + tw*t tax!
