ting/clunk noise when pressing brake

hi all,
can anyone shine a light on the situation...
when i press the brake, there seems to be a loud ting/clunk sound coming from the passenger side. it is not every time but it does happen a lot. is there anything i should be looking out for? will be taking the wheel off on tuesday. any help would be great!

Possibly the pad moving around in the caliper, it happens on our Accord when we are manovering at slow speed. Might be worth popping the pad out and adding a little more copper grease to see if it helps.
