No news from here, i'm just living with it. You learn to ignore it!
Great car though, still enjoy getting into it!
I got my civic about a year and since the 1st week that I realized a noise exactly like this one.. since then I have researched a lot and already read all the posts I found several times .. I changed the clutch 2 weeks ago and the car remained the same .. the thrust bearing was very worn and the springs in the clutch disc (oem) were loose and made noise too .. the most curious is that the new disk, also oem, brings the springs loose! Anyone know why?
Anyway, all this to say that as many here I have swapped parts and no difference in noise until this week I changed following two pulleys:

And the noise is gone! Before when the engine was up "pressure" on low revs in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear made a noise very annoying and very noticeable ..but once I press the clutch or put in neutral the noise disappeared..now the car is complety normal when driving!
At the moment only on idle I notice that there is still a small noise that stops when I press the clutch, like thrust bearing but I think what happens now is just caused by loose springs in The NEW clutch disc, from an original Honda kit!
Do not say it will solve your problem, but nothing like try, because less money spent trying to fix this way first!
I hope I can help someone here!
Sorry for my English!
