Hi all,
I have only just bought a 57 FN2, after driving it tonight I have found that all the gears work fine when driving slowly but when I push the car I struggle to get it in 2nd 3rd and sometimes 4th.
The clutch seems pretty low to me so it could just need a new clutch but before I even consider that I just wanted to know if other peoples FN2s are low on the clutch but still change gear fine.
One other thing is when pushing it i can change gear fine if i'm very forcefull with the gears so could it just be me driving it abit soft? I don't want to slam it into gears if it needs a new clutch and likewise i dont want to consider getting a new clutch if it just a bit sporty and needs to be slotted in forcefully
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
