Type R ep3 rocker cover nuts

Hi can anyone let me know what torque tightness my 10 rocker cover nuts need to be? As I am replacing them, thanks in advance. Type R ep3 2005 facelift
 
Minimal, it's something ridiculously low like 8ftlb. Finger tight and then a little bit more as the bolts just snap.
