Tyre pressure for track day

Hi guys
I've got a track day on Monday and wanted some advice on what tyre pressure to run
I have a 2008 fn2 with 19" rage wheels

What tyres are you running Steve? Usually you want to maintain the standard operating temp. On my ep3 with Ad08r I drop pressure down about 4 psi rear and 6 front, then when hot deflate if needed to 30psi all round.
