Valve Clearance

Hi All
Im im looking to having the valve clearance done on my 2004 EP3 done in the next week or so whilst the car is off the road.
What the clearances ? Most appreciated.

Intake: 0.21-0.25mm(0.008-0.010in.)
Exhaust: 0.25-0.29mm (0.010-0.011 in.)
Best done when the engine has been left over night or a good few hours after driving so the engine is cool.
