Weird Fuse Box Bodge Found! Anybody Help Suss This Out??

I guess we should agree to disagree then as I commission life safety systems for Siemens and would only use crimps when I'm feeling lazy (which is most of the time )
 
I was probably a bit unclear really with my initial comments. I agree that solder is a better joint, but in terms of consistency you can get very close with good crimping.
