What are my options for Bluetooth?

Hi All new here so please be gentle, I have just a 2008 Civic type R with the standard headunit no sat nav, what are my options to fit Bluetooth so I can take phone calls but more importantly stream music.

Ideally want to keep my original headunit but if needed I am prepared to upgrade to sat nav unit if possible if it's plug and play or go double din any options welcome

Parrot fits the standard head unit IIRC. You should be able to do a compatibility checker on their site.

Thanks for replys what about going double din ? Any hints and tips ? Does the clock still work on the dash screen ?

It does if you get the correct conversion loom with the fascia. Google "impulse car audio civic" and I'm sure you'll find it.
