What colour of rims for satin ep3?

Hi i was looking for advice on what colour to paint my wheels. I have a premier Satin Ctr and as much as i think the wheels go nicely just now its just to common. I saw this car on pistonheads with the wheels done and i like. Just wondering if anyone else has done this too their car and has more pics?? thanks

standard rims only look good in championship white, original gunmetal or bright green or orange
 
never seen the black any one got pics?? is the colour i saw antrasite or something? isnt gunmetal the same colour? i was thinking antrasite/gunmetal with silvet flakes?? what do you think? thanks for your input pics would be awesome!!!shadow chrome sounds good? never seen bright green or orange.
seen the pic in the thread wheel bible i think it says black on satin but they look grey? like it though

how much will it cost to get your wheels painted id think about putting the cash towards a new set of alloys maybe sell your others and go for something a bit different
 
better idea get your wheels paint stripped and polished then lacquered, the will look the dogs bollocks
 
yeah that sounds pretty good. cant really afford new wheels just now.
to be honest i like the original type r wheels if only they were 1 inch bigger!
 
yeah the stock Type R wheels are sick..... just lower your car 1 inch lower and they'll look that much bigger...lol :lol:
