what does these fault codes mean?.

hi all,
new member here in need of some help please.just had thee aa out to look at the car (ep3 type r) as the eml was on and has given me 2 fault codes.codes are p0420 and p0138 can any one tell me what parts would fix it.

P0138 - Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Circuit High Voltage

cheers mate,managed to find it through google,think the car needs a new lambda sensor.
