what spark plugs for my turbo ep3

Im running 430bhp. What heat rating should I get? And do I get iso or jis? Any help on this would be great
 
Try looking into HKS iridium spark plugs. Not sure if they come in various heat rating though. If I remember correctly, TDI north used them in one their EP3 projects. Worth giving them a call.
