After seven years of ownership and lots of time, money and effort I am considering putting my EP3 up for sale as I am not using it anywhere near as much as it should be.
When I purchased the car it was standard and has since evolved to the spec you see below.

The engine and box came out of a friend of mines DC5 that he was breaking and as you would expect the additional power and JDM LSD transformed the car.
It is 15 years old and as such has the odd battle scar and a slightly less than red milano bonnet, but due to being for the track I decided against spending money on paintwork as it would have been tempting fate!
To that end there is a small dent in the nearside rear quarter panel which was present when I bought it from its previous owner and unfortunately a kind individual has put a scratch on the passenger door. The wheels could do with a full decontamination as the RC6 pads do batter them somewhat but they are not kerbed. I'm not going to list every imperfection as their significance are subjective to potential buyers but feel these are worth mentioning. There's no rust or rot that I am aware of.
I had the car MOT'd last weekend so it has just shy of 12 months left.
I know a lot people say this but I genuinely do not want to sell the car but am having trouble justifying having it sat in the garage. There are a lot of EP3's available but this has had no expense spared and is a formidable opponent for most things on a track day.
To my mind I would hope it would be worth around £6500 but welcome opinions on the value as it will help me decide whether to sell or hang on to it.
