which spark plugs?

i put the super 4s in my Type-R and initially they were great but however they degrade slowly and before you know it they needed to be changed. In the 6 months I had them in, about 4000 miles or so I didnt notice much performance loss in my car, however the mileage i was getting dropped by about 20-30 miles on 25 litres that I normally fill up. And then my mate who has a type r drove and it said that I was losing power towards the top of the revs. I drove his and he was right. I barely noticed this. Back to NGK id say. Unless you are willing to change them more often!
