will a standard backbox fit on a full through scorpion exhaust if i remove the scorpion backbox

Should fit then as you shouldn't be able to put your scorpion backbox on standard b-pipe so vice-versa will apply fitment wise.

Yes i realise that. But if you can fit a scorpion back box to the standard centre section. Then the scorpion centre section must also match up to the standard backbox.
