Will this pass the MOT?

I've got a Spoon N1 backbox on the car at the moment and considering a Sportex Unsilenced B-Pipe...will this combination pass the MOT as it is next month

No everything else standard, I'm unfamiliar with how loud this combination is so slightly concerned it will fail on noise :s

i have a spoon N1 mated to a supersprint unsilenced bpipe, it is properly loud but i have had no problems getting through MOT

is it really loud and droney in the cabin ? How does it sound I like the sound on YouTube. I've got an unsilenced supersprint b pipe mated to oem back box. And have been thinking about a spoon n1 ....
