Windscreen washer circuit help

My windscreen washers stopped working so I thought they might have just run out, re-filled today but no joy. It doesn't sound like the motor is running at all but the front wipers still work.

I found this diagram in the service manual but I'm terrible with electrics so I don't really understand it, but it looks to me like fuse 20 controls the front washer motor as well as the windscreen wiper motor? So if the wipers are still working then it can't be that fuse? Are there any other fuses which I should check?

you need to grab a multimeter and pull the washer pump plug and shove the prongs in the plug and use your washers and see if you are picking up power. if you are picking power up pump is fubar and replace it.
