Winter Care Tips?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if everyone had any good tips for car care over the winter period. Also, is there any point in polishing etc over winter?

Give the car a good wash, wax and seal before the salt on the roads gets too bad. Then just regularly give it a wash, should be fine. Also worth sealing your wheels to fend of brake dust and salt.

Yeah, it should all have some LSP on it.

I would say you need to;

Wash, clay, polish, and WAXorSeal. or Seal then wax.
Wax wheels, thoroughly.

Then wash it carefully through out winter ensuring that when you rinse it, you do it thoroughly, with PW if possible. I don't tend to polish/wax during winter unless I re clay it. Polish does not work well in the cold.

Cheers guys. Gonna give it a wash tomo, and give the wheels a quick waxing. Hopefully should see it through the next few weeks.

Stick it in the garage and don't use it till spring.
That's what I'm doing
