Gone for the Toyo this time round.

Tyres are only rated to 120MPH though so I'll have to take it steady on the autobahn :p

Getting them fitted first week in December - will see what they are like.

Oh and my front pots ony have 3.5mm left

These will be sitting in the garage in case of emergency in the future.

Do insurance companies class that as a modification??

Not sure mate - but it's a legal requirment to have winter tyres in Germany as of January.

It wheel spins in fourth now mate in the dry

Fitted today.

Without ragging the car I have to say that I have "no" feel left.

Will let them bed down and also not have about 100KG's of stuff in the car before I make my mind up though!

they are a soft comp tyre so u will loose that hard tyre/sidewall feelin.

try a few fast pull aways loads more grip

what pressures u using too?

They are 2.4 BAR all round - as reccomended for winter tyres by my fitter.

The Fulda's I had on last year felt better - but like I say I'll let them bed in and now all that stuff is out of my car I'll be able to have a fairer view.

2.4 bar = 35psi what!!!

i would run that psi/bar in the summer not in the winter!

get them down to 32psi (2.2bar) front,

30psi (2.1bar) rear then feel the grip.

Might do this. Like I said it's what the fitter reccomended.

I'm guessing they aren't T1R's then Chris?

I think people are thinking that they are, so i would go on the fitters guidelines mate as winter tyres are different to normal road tyres.

As i thought mate, people were advising if they were T1R's i think so i would go with what you're told by the fitter.
