    Default Honda S660 (S1000)

    Hi all,

I have been monitoring this little car since it was unveiled in Japan. The rumors are that the UK and Europe will be getting a 1000cc 127bhp model which would put it in direct competition with the new MX5 (also a great car) 1st quarter 2018 so we should start seeing information soon.

Japan have a Mugen version which looks pretty cool.

It's like a more modern Beat. It's been around for a few years now, cute little thing (emphasis on little, being in the Kei car class). Want!

Hope the S1000 does come over here, it would be a fun car to do something with.

Think I prefer the first post images to the latter, but there's no accounting for taste

The second set of images are just a concept car for the Tokyo Auto Salon, never intended for sale.
If you do a concept and want it to stand out then you've got to be bold, and it's about showing what you can do, rather than what you will do.
I quite like it (in a "Star Wars" kind of way), I would love to have got it over here and out on public view a few times before it goes through the crusher, but not likely to happen.
Anyway, if or when the S1000 makes it over here then maybe we can put something together.

Been waiting about 3+ years for a UK release since I saw the JDM concepts. Needs to be at least 1L then I'll retire my R to track only finally

Sat in one at Grinspeed and they're awesome!
