I do find the whole "posting the retail price of every little part fitted" thing very annoying, and somewhat pointless. Are we supposed to be impressed or something?

If you're willing to spring that sort of cash on a 'Lude, then you'll know what it is and what the parts are worth.

If you don't know, then you'll not be offering that sort of money, and therefore won't be buying it.
 
Nice, but you'd have to spray the bonnet and for £5750 there's a lot of other cars out there I'd rather have.
