Would have to agree standard with springs gives you the best of both worlds where as the coilovers are a little hard on the road and can actually upset it on really bumpy stuff when pushing hard

It depends also if you want to stop at 250 or look to move past that point at some time. Again as G and others have said getting the engine power is not that hard, making use of it and stopping are seperate things, and cost.

when you get up to the 250wbhp, its all the other things like brakes, suspension, that you need to sort to get the best from the engine.

Is this what gives the power, or does an exhaust have to have a certain amount of back pressure. Looking to replace mine soon as their is nothing in the silencers, not fussed about noise just want the best that gives the best power, in fact under 105dcb would be handy, what about a side exit...

just find a friend with a type r and swop them over at MOT time and then swop them back, a exhaust place should do it cheap enough,

That seems very cheap i need four very soon may just get them now,

i think as long as you disconnect the battery it just plugs in, cant see them needing to be programmed to the ECU.
