I managed to sort it by just giving it a really hard drive and it hasent done it since. Give that a go if not I think on here somewhere is a workshop manual you can download and it might say how to do it on there. Hope this helps.

yeah i think that will be the best way as ive heard good things about those springs and also very good on price rather than spend loads on coilovers when i dont actully need them.

hello would anybody tell me if there is a how to on how to clean your idle control valve? i have tryed searching it but didnt find anything and sure i have seen a how to on one of the forums and thought it was this one. any help would be great. thanks

yeah will do mate. i think im just going to bite the bullet and get the kit from vtec direct as if the carbon dosent match can imagine it looking terrible! well when i get some money!!!

well i know that ap motors in plympton will do 4 wheel aliment but i think i would have to tell them wat i want doing and i dont know enough about that sort of thing!!!

just a quick one really just want to know if you can wire up the mirrors to fold in off a switch as my garage is very tight and have to get out and fold them in everytime!!!lol! i think the dc5 has this and didnt know if it was possible to do to my ep3 facelift.

like said above have these pads on my ep3 and done about 1000 miles on them and they are squeeling like a pig at slow speeds when i stop. anybody have any ideas on how to stop this as dont really want to buy new pads again and to be honest cant really fault them!!!

yeah ive had mintex on the front of mine for about 1500k and doing my head in!!!duno weather to fork out for ferodo pads or go for something else!!!
