Hi i have come across a good deal on some spax lowering springs for my ep3, this should take the car down approx 30mm, is this a good idea with the standard struts and is there anything else i will need to do, thanks

My 67kmile has a slight tap, its fine on idle, its just when you drive past parked cars or walls i can hear it echoing off them. Its had a recent oil/filter change. Would this require the tappers being adjusted or? cheers Tony

give the stickers to the bodyshop mate, get them to base-coat the caps then stick the stickers on then lacquer over them :)

Nice car, the piper x will be rubbish, dont bother. i had one on my car for around 15 miles, the car was much less responsive and had a constant drone on idle that sounded like a hoover, i sold it on ebay for £30 so atleast you will make some profit :)

i do agree thats a good price, you could fit them your-self they are really easy. On the other hand the cost of a crate of beer its not even worth getting your hands dirty :D

i would stick with OE wheelnuts, after all they do hold the most important part of the car on :D

ok, just make sure you load them up with copper grease :D

i fitted EBC yellow stuff pads no more squeak and the brakes are SOOOOO much better :)

Hi, just seeing if any one has any ideas where this is coming from.. I get a slight build up of oil on my manifold. Its NOT from oil spillage and i cant see any leaks from that pipe but could be wrong.. Any ideas?

I HAD i piper X induction kit..... it actually made my car slower and also had that really annoying drone, its now on ebay and the standard one is back on... kind of glad you posted this as i thought it was just my car.. thanks ;)

Yeah, rear window needs to come out, allow £100 all in :)

A simple thing to look at is see if any of the coil springs have snapped, you dont even have to jack it up for this :)

hi i have a sony head unit with i-pod connection, when i connect my i-pod to my head unit it works fine, if im driving and have it on shuffle its fine, if i turn the car off so both head unit and stereo go off then turn the car on again it always starts on the same song........ so annoying...

i was going to fit them today but cant be assed so ill do it tomorrow and let you guys know ..

My front brakes on my EP3 squeak Last weekend i took the pads + shims out and gave them a clean and copper greased them all up along with the calliper the pads are around 20 % worn so loads left. the discs have a very slight lip (about 0.5 mil) Any way i put them all back together took it...

Yeah i've brimmed it with normal fuel today and going to see how many miles i get and how it preforms, then ill brim it with super unleaded so i can see the difference :)
