Are braided lines worth it?

Unbranded so a big risk. Discs may be OK but I wouldn't trust the pads one bit.

Cheap are cheap for a reason.

shnit...money I didn't really want to spend right now but necessary evil I guess...I have read on here that people don't rate grooved discs much

Grooved brembo are better than OEM, IMO. No glazing, slightly lighter & better braking in the wet.

I used them with Goodridge braided lines and DS2500 pads and found the set-up responded sharply and stopping improved hugely over standard, especially when things heated up.
I would hardly say having good brakes was a 'necessary evil' lol.. Most important thing on the car!

I do agree but it changed from new pads to a full overhaul at the front haha but it was done this morning and the brakes do feel great
