black moisture inside back box any ideas?

I have a buddyclub exhaust on my car the back box has got a bit of black moisture in there when I drive it and park up sometimes the back is slightly wet with a tad of water and its black moisture is this normal as its happening to my friends hks back box as well any ideas cheers.

Do you only do short journeys? Sounds like condensation/moisture and then that just mixes with the soot from the exhaust gasses.

Take it for a long run, getting them nice and hot and it will dry it right up.

Yh mate did do a long run about a month back but not after that. Thanks for getting back mate.
