Bosch Aerotwin Retrofit On CTR

might not be the right place for it, but does anyone else get their blades juddering across the screen? this seems to affect both flatblades and traditonal ones

Finally sort out a set of the Bosch Aero Twin wipers, got the set AR601S (24" & 16") no mods were necessary.

The Valeo Silencio X.TRM blades are a specific fit for certain vehicles to match the curvature of the windscreen so they would not be compatible to your Honda Civic hatchback or we certainly wouldn’t recommend them even though they are the same size blades.

I bought some on ebay the other week, from 'Partsmonster'. Got the Bosch Senic wipers though. Top quality

Cant find any Qashqui ones but the price of them range from £25-30 with couple of pound delivery.

These won't fit unless I transplant Qashqai wiper arms onto the Civic.

nick this is why I shortened the passenger one by half inch either end to make it the same length as the oem Honda wiper.

As Bosch dont do a 15" i bought a twin pack with a 24" and 18" and removed the end caps on the 18" to cut off 1.5" on either end then used clear silicone to stick the end caps back on. Being a Bosch product i expect the quality to be very good and for these to last very well, also please note the Bosch Aerotwin Retrofit seem to be the most slimline retrofit available

just be careful removing the end cap and use a junior hacksaw to remove half inch either side. I used clear silicone to stick the end caps back on, once the silicone has dried use a stanley knife to remove the excess silicone.
