Yes I have one, you don't notice a huge difference in power really but it helps to stabilise the voltage and the resistor pack keeps the charge running through the battery and helps to keep it fully charged, Not tested it fully but had my stereo on for 3 hours before without the ignition on and car still started first time. Well worth the cash IMO
Very easy mate, if you drill a hole in the support for you engine fuse box and mount the main box there, then run the + and - to the battery then take the longest wire run it round the front of the engine bay to the alternator, the second i put onto on of the bolts on the rocker cover which are quite easy to undo and then the 3rd just goes to some body work.
