Buddyclub N+ Blues

Just fitted Buddyclub N+ to Civic FD2R. Damper set to front 10/15, rear 8/15. Front right makes a ticking noise when going over uneven roads and bumps. Have my local garage took out the entire suspension and fitted back still same problem. Any ideas what might be the problem?

Is the preload on the spring set correctly?

Any grime in between the spring and the spring pan?

As said, it will be the pre-load. Call Paul Hughs @ BC and he will give you the measurements.
