Chipping an ep3. Help!!

Hondata K100 and a proper remap by a decent tuner on a dyno is the best option. Will set you back over £5-600 with a second hand purchase though.
Look up Eurospec and TDi-North. Both are worth travelling to depending where in the country you are.
CPL Racing do an ECU reflash option for around £379 which is a base map rather than a custom map to your car. Send your ECU to them and get it back with a K100 installed with the base map on.
Chips from eBay, Superchip etc are very limited in what they can do. Most just try to trick the car into chucking more fuel in and don't change the timing or cam angles, so in short are a vast waste of money and time.
