Very nice! Should feel sprightly after all that! I always find it surprising what a few kgs can do to the feel of the car.

definitely, im still a little way off the 1000kg aim, but not far, plastic windows and ABS gone and i should be just about there :D

Well if anyone is interested, i think i have found a solution to the cloudy carbon issue alot of people have,

Bumper blackener cream from auto glym

Rubber a load of this into the infected parts where it was becoming clouding and nasty looking 3 days later, still no return of the clouding, and that is without any wax on either, so in theory with some decent wax on it it will last for ages :D

How do you rate the solid shifter bushes? Can you feel much difference? They recommend these once your cars clocked 50,000 miles! Just thought I'd search the owners club see what people think!
Cheers!
Car looks sweet by the way :)

Yeah they really do stiffen up the gearchanges and stop all that waveyness you seem to get :)

Short shifter also helps :D

Where did you get the de-badged grille from and would it fit a facelift model? Or is it a custom job?

Honestly have no idea where it originally came from, i got it from a guy on the other forum, i doubt it will fit a facelift mate, i have seen them on american ebay, but they are all plastic ones like the standard grille, mines metal?!

Some pictures from a meet i went to over the weekend -
