Recently found a guy on Facebook who does this: zander customz, his work looks really good and rocker covers £70 on an exchange basis so not badly priced either.
Thought I'd share.
 
He is local to me, never used him but have seen alot of his work and been recommended by others various times! He also owns a Type R, I will be using him when i come to refurbish my rocker cover!
