DC Sports battery tie

Am I right in assuming the above is the same fitment as the DC5 aswell as EP3, but the US Civic SI is a different item (albeit only slightly) ?

it better be cause i dont want to buy it again when i get my dc5 in the future. From what i've seen the engine bay looks the same ep3/dc5 except for a few bits.
