Hi guys,

Cars about to go for its MOT soon and it needs in disc's and pads, How much would I be looking at for new standard ones front and rear dics with pads or would it be better if I upgraded them? Im working on a budget here guys to, the cars a 2002 civic r ep3

Front discs/pads from Honda are £220 ish?

Not too sure on rear's but they don't do a great deal.

Front discs pads by Mintex from ebay are £80 del.
 
They will be unbranded ones mate, you will need the Mintex.

To be honest, if you can upgrade the brakes, ie Stoptechs (£1200), you'd be far better off :)

Just called my local Honda dealer as im in need of new pads and discs.
Told me that front discs and pads are £120 fully fitted.
