EP3 Launch Control?

I have just been reading a thread on Civic life and some members on there are saying that they have launch Control as standard is this true or is it just a myth?

The rev-limiter kicks in at 5k rpm when the car is stationary but it's not launch control.

no i really do have launch control on mine standard. its called ME with my right foot.

some guy got told this from a stealer too when he was buying a DC5 and he took it in as it was gospel, he was a bit dissapointed when i said its engine protection limiter so you dont blow the arse out of it.

any way still good to say it to some people as a selling point i supose or to brag to your mates if they dnt know either
