Hello everyone,

Sorry for the needy title but i have yet another issue with my 2005 ep3 typeR....My names Harry or Az and im a 19 yearold honda enthusiast and aspiring mechanic, im curretly in college studying mechanics and attempting to look for a part time job at a garage. because of this i am on an extraordinarily low income. this and the problems that im having my with my dream car is seriously taking a toll on my mental health.
I bought my EP3 TypeR back in febuary of this year. it is tuned to 250bph by Paul West at TDi North and when i bought it, came with a downards facing AEM intake. 5 days after i bought it i was out driving and was caught in some rain... long story short i hydrolocked my engine. i have now, just a couple of weeeks ago got my car back from Tom at TGM Sport who did an amazing job at replacing my engine with another but since then more issues have occoured.
I did a pull the other night in first gear from a standstill, as i change into 2nd my car makes a slight pop sound (not a metal on metal mechanical damage sound) more of a potentially blown fuse sound. after this my foot is still pinned to the floor but my car has gone limp. the battery light comes on, the spedo dosent work so instantly (stil traumatised from hydrolocking my previous engine) i stop to check if anything looks broken under the bonnet, all seems fine. as i go to pull off my car wil not rev past 4k rpms (my vtec is mapped at 4750) and my steering feels heavy.
The next day i am stressing about this so i call up a mate to run some obd scans on the car. the results are:
P0132-O2S (HO2S) (S1) Voltage high
P0113-IAT Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P0500-VSS No Pulse
P0340-CMP Sensor "A" No Pulse

22-Exessive change of the vehicle speed sensor signal
and
23-a problem with the engine speed signal circuit

I have previously installed a double din screen that happens to tell me what my battery charge is. yesterday as i was tinkering around i noticed that at an idle it was 11.8V but with the lights, AC, Heated Mirrors on it dropped instnatly to 10.4V which caused the car to slightly judder. Like i said i am an aspiring mechanic so i am not too familiar on what could be the cause to my issue but i am still recovering from the bill from TGM, Therefore i want to get this issue fixed without spending some real big £ (ie taking it to a garage to get sorted)

If ANYONE has had this issue or an issue similar to mine i am asking that you please give me as much advise as possible. i am really inlove with this car and im honestly heartbroken that im having so many issues.

Any help will be ENORMOUSLY appretiated from one Honda enthusiast to another. I also have a video of the car not reving past 4k if anyone might need it.
