This will be a thread just for pictures of exhausts and a short description. On or off the car pictures, it doesn't really matter.

I think the majority of pictures that end up in here will be exhausts for the CTR but post any Type R exhaust pics up.

Here we go then, Skunk2 as fitted to my car for a few months. Taken off when the sound of my mrs bleating was louder than the car!!! Sold to Ben of the other forum.

Tanabe SMR

Great looking and sounding exhaust. Driving normally noise is not much louder than stock, just bit deeper. Put foot down and in VTEC really comes alive. If you buy from Tokyo Express they don't need adjustment to fit.

It did not require any modification to fit, went straight on. It comes with a bung, that whistles in VTEC and sounds awful, and has spent about 5 miles in! :lol:

Quality of the exhaust is excellent. The sound is a deep note at lower revs, moving to a quality howl in VTEC. Combined with basic breathing mods it has shown a healthy gain.

Only downside is this system is no longer available to buy - if you see one second hand, snap it up quick! I bought mine off Hasnic.

Very loud, deep and rude. Can set off car alarms and angry people. Deffinite 'look at me' zorst, most of my mates can hear me 5 mins before I get near them.

Once the baffles have been coked up a little the sound is so sweet and yet not bad enough to destroy conversation. 8)

Apexi Hayabusa. Not avaliable to buy anymore and not many (can't be more then 20) in the UK. So if you see one for sale buy it! It's simply the best looking exhaust I've seen (Mugen twin loop is sexy but sounds completely different). The sound of this is phenominal. Much better then my old Spoon B Pipe and N1 and it doesn't drone half as much. Top exhaust.
