FN2 GT headlight bulbs

Hi what type of bulbs does the GT take? For some reason the other halfs one has a hid kit fitted

Is it OEM HID or aftermarket?

If they are aftermarket then the headlights are normally H7 or H7R if you are replacing the HID bulbs like for like.

Cheers LoxyI've just checked the blub and ballast is working, the fuse is ok but the light isn't working anyone had this issue before?

How have you checked them?

Swap the bulbs from one side to the other and see if it follows, if it does bulb.

Swap the ballast if you've done the above and the fault didn't follow. If it now does follow once you've swapped the ballast then it's dodgy ballast.

If after both of those and it doesn't follow, try a standard bulb in it without the ballast, just straight in the OEM connector. The bulb shouldn't light and there is your problem, loom or connector. If it does, then you've had a loose connection somewhere or just a cheap dodgy set of HIDs!

Cheers I. Have checked the ballast from to the other side and vice versa they both work ok.
sounds like a dodgey connection all have to get an auto spark to have a look.
