Had her a year and a month now, and its still just as much fun to drive as the day I bought her, heres a selection of pics since I have owned it.....
The early days....
From standard at purchase. First mod was some Mugen reservoir covers, and a Apexi Hayabusa CAT back system.
The exhaust was an excellent fit, and the sound was awesome :twisted: Could deffinitely feel a bit more pull in the higher RPM range.
A couple of months after the exhaust was on, I bought an AEM CAI and TPW Earth Kit, and fitted them.
AEM CAI fitted with arch liner peeled back and wheel removed

On the Rolling Road @ Interpro....
With the new mods, it was time to see how the car had improved, so I took part in a Civics rolling road day at Interpro.
I was happy with the result below
Showing at SWMS 05....
During early summer, I was on the South West Civics stand at the South West Motor Show at Newton Abbot.
New wheels....
July 05 I bought a set of 17" Rota Torques in bronze from Julian at Rare Rims, with Toyo T1-S 215/40/17 tyres.
On track in action....
In September 05 I took part in my first track day with the SWC club again. Was at the Haynes test track near Yeovil - fun track, simmilar to a giant go-kart circuit, mostly tight corners with a short straight.

How She is now (almost back to standard)...
A month or so back I decided I was gonna sell the CTR early into the New Year. So I sold off all the mods, apart from the AEM CAI.
But after a couple of weeks, and having some excellent drives in her, I have realised just how good a car it is, and that I wont be able to get another as good for a while due to upcoming commitments.
So I am gonna keep her a good while longer. I want so stay with the stealthy factory look, so I am glad I sold the wheels and Apexi system as they gave the game away a bit.
And today she is having a Spoon B pipe fitted, to use with the OE back box. I missed the extra power at higher RPM the Apexi system gave, so decided to get just a B pipe to keep the look stealthy.
Will be interesting to see how the Spoon B pipe and OE back box, with the AEM CAI compare to how she was before with the Apexi and AEM.
December 19th 2005 Update
Received my JDM Union Jack badge today, so fitted it after washing the car (hope its in the right place :wink: ).
Big thanks to Unit 8 for sending it out to me so quick - top service 8)
Couple more bits coming over the next couple of weeks, so will get pics up when fitted.
December 20th 2005 update
Received my Red JDM mats today (thanks to Ebay )
Really pleased with the way they look, and the extra quality over the UK mats. Plus there is the JDM y0! factor :lol:
January 8th 2005 update
Received my Spoon N1 back box and TPW Engineering earth kit on Friday (big thanks to Pizzaboy )
The Spoon should be fitted on Monday, to go along with the Spoon B pipe which is already on there.
Spoon N1 back box compared to Apexi Hayabusa back box;
And heres my TPW Earth Kit fitted (again). I sold my previous one (pictured above) and since I am keeping the CTR, decided to buy another!
17th January 2006 Update
Had the Spoon N1 back box fitted last week, sounds awesome, comparable to the Apexi, but louder at different parts of the rev range, and vice versa. Again top end RPM feels that little bit more free.
14.01.06 Attended a CTR Rolling Road day at Autocraft SVE in Salisbury. Heres the rolling road graph;
Very happy, showing more power than last year, with the engine loosened up more, and a change of exhaust to the Spoon system.
Also finally have a torque figure, at 165lb/ft - which I am pleased with.
Also received some Spoon Reservoir covers (once again big thanks to Unit 8 for their excellent service).
13.02.06 Update
Just a Genuine Spoon Oil and Radiator cap fitted (cheers Unit-8 8) )
28.03.06 Update
Latest purchases have arrived
A Carbing rear lower tie bar
And a set of front adjustable camber bolts and rear adjustable camber arms.
The adjustable camber parts are being fitted tomorrow and put roughly into spec - Then I will have a full 4 wheel laser alignment on Saturday, when I will have the set up adjusted to a 'fast road' spec.
Rear lower tie bar will also be fitted tomorrow. Many thanks to Trung for sourcing the Carbing tie bar, and to TGM for supplying the adjustable camber parts so quickly and efficiently.
Just waiting on the following parts that I have ordered;
- Cusco front upper strut brace
- Cusco rear upper strut brace
- JDM 22mm ARB
